Who we are looking for?

The primary role of the Senior Advisor is to develop and grow GHD Advisory’s presence in the market through assisting senior staff in carrying out professional tasks of moderate scope and complexity. This includes but is not limited to project delivery and contributing to the Business Group performance objectives.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Deliver GHD Advisory’s services to our clients pertaining to your areas of expertise or further afield as opportunities dictate.
• Assists and contributes to securing a pipeline of work for the Group in line with that group’s business plan, under the direction of Team Leaders, Executive Advisors or the Business Group Leader.
• Leveraging internal and external relationships and contributing to business development activities within the team.
• Provide direction and coaching to develop team members and contribute to the overall functioning of the Business Group.
• Technical leadership on projects as required and direction and input on tenders/bids or proactive client proposals.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, Project Directors and Project.

What you will bring to the team:

• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent confirmed experience, in work management systems applications, data management, work/maintenance management or engineering is required
• 8+ years experience working with asset management or operations and maintenance
• Previous experience in water, or the oil & gas industry is a plus
• Experience should encompass the use, development, selection, implementation and/or implementation oversight of asset management and operation & maintenance programs, with knowledge of systems such as IBM MAXIMO, Infor, SAP, SAP PM, Cityworks or similar.
• An understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and optimization is required
• Experience documenting and streamlining business processes
