Who are we looking for?
As the Bids and Proposals Advisor across the ACT, Southern NSW and PNG regions, you’ll collaborate with technical teams to develop high quality, compelling and compliant proposals, ensuring client’s business and technical needs are addressed.

As a member of our integral Business Services team, your role will focus on bids and proposals activities, with the opportunity to support broader marketing and client activities too.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
• Working with technical, client and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies
• Advising in the compilation of proposals, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Collaborating with bid teams and business leaders to develop winning proposals
• Supporting bid activities for significant business opportunities within the region.
• Highlighting the GHD difference, challenging bid teams to develop compelling proposals
• Leading and facilitating bid workshops and reviews
• Develop and lead bid action plans
• Working in a dynamic and diverse environment, where you will be an integral team member to projects in diverse markets and disciplines.

What you will bring to the team:
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services or infrastructure industry
• Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization
• A proactive, organised and outcomes-oriented approach
• Exceptional people and relationship skills.
• An ability to influence and negotiate.
• A desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative team.
• A self-starter, who proactively handles challenges in a fast-paced environment.
