About our business
As an Associate, you’ll be based at our Service Delivery Center in San Antonio, TX. This position is responsible for supporting our Assurance engagements in our Service Delivery Center. The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our clients.
Due to this level of work, you’ll need to be detail-oriented, analytical, and follow written procedures closely.
What you will do
Assist with execution and documentation of standardized procedures under direction of the Assurance Senior Associate.
Document clearly and accurately the execution of procedures as defined.
Execute standardized procedures in a timely fashion to meet client service team deadlines, and manage expectations regarding the timing of related deliverables.
Communicate identified exceptions or non-reoccurring situations to the Assurance Senior Associate for review.
Ensure quality in delivering client service by executing procedures as prescribed and informing the Assurance Senior Associate of the status of procedures.
Follow well-defined processes, procedures and protocols. Share unusual non-reoccurring situations with the Assurance Senior Associate for further review.
Analyze evidence, reach conclusions, and identify non-compliance while applying a balanced view.
Job requirements and preferences
Required qualifications
Associates degree in any business-related major or any degree with business experience.
Preferred qualifications
Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to consistently follow standardized procedures.
Attention to detail and diligence in resolution of issues.
Ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to multi-task on projects and assignments.
Ability to learn new software tools.
Located or willing to relocate to the San Antonio, TX area.
