POSITION OVERVIEW
As Team Lead, Client Support, you will lead a team of Client Support Coordinators (CSCs) who play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting business development initiatives. Based in Calgary, you will oversee operations across Calgary, Lethbridge, and Cranbrook business centres, ensuring alignment with regional and national objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and operational excellence.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
In a typical week, you would:
· Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and coach CSCs to achieve high performance and career growth.
· Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and recognition to build engagement and capability.
· Inspire and align your team with clear goals and shared purpose.
· Create an inclusive environment, coach for development, and celebrate achievements.
· Remove obstacles, prioritize effectively, and leverage resources to deliver results.
· Operational Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate administrative support for Account Managers and business centres.
· Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
· Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Vice President and Business Centre Managers to develop and implement operational plans.
· Support change management initiatives and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
· Performance Management: Review area performance, budgets, and expenses; prepare reports and dashboards, oversee team performance.
· Organize leadership meetings and area events to strengthen team alignment and market presence.
· Facilities Oversight: Manage premises maintenance and facilities-related activities for business centres.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent).
· 5+ years of experience in client support, client-facing roles, or team leadership.
· Strong collaboration and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
· Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
